Challenges :

A loss of Rs. 93 crore was faced by the company against a profit of Rs. 12.4 crore. Big e – comments sellers had to rely on other platforms to fulfil their marketplace. A platform for direct orders was not available which was later made by us for them. Shiprocket is a one-stop solution. Discounts and early COD are provided. High RTO rates are a prime challenge for all. 

Conclusion :

Creating innovative solutions is crucial in today’s era. Drones are not yet functional, still, dark stores and local fulfilment centres have created their own identity.
